About me

At the age of 10, I started experimenting with animation. Professionally, I worked as an in-betweener one summer vacation during my high school years. The next summer, and henceforth, I worked as an animator.

I have animated the following Swedish feature films:

During the 80:s and early 90:s , I also worked as an electronics designer.

Since 94 I have worked exclusively as an independent animator on commercials (mainly for the American and British market ) for Canel Productions and Filmtecknarna AB, both situated in Stockholm.

I am well founded in the fundamentals of the craft. This ought to be implicit, but many animators are not, sad to say. But what´s more, I´ve got an ability to create that magical illusion of life. My poses , staging , acting and handling of dialogue, feel convincing and "right". My characters are in their bodies : flesh and blood, weight and emotion. My animation communicates.

Though not a main interest , I am good at fast , cartoony animation.

My animation has always been well received and collaboration with directors has been smooth.

I am keenly interested in improving and learning. I work pretty fast , mainly because I have a good working method and always solve problems one by one, in the right order, until they are satisfactorily solved, before proceeding with the next step.
